Ahmed Mohamed HussainAhmed is currently a Doctoral Researcher with the Networked Systems Security (NSS) Group at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. His research focuses on security and privacy in networked systems, with particular emphasis on IoT security, wireless network security, physical layer security, and the application of artificial intelligence to cybersecurity challenges. Prior to joining KTH, Ahmed was a researcher with the Computer Science and Engineering department at Qatar University, Doha, Qatar. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Uppsala University, Sweden (2020), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Qatar University (2017). Ahmed's research has been recognized with multiple awards, including the IWCMC 2024 Best Paper Award and the WiMob 2025 Best Paper Award Runner-Up. He actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for several prestigious journals, letters, and conferences. His research interests include IoT security and privacy, wireless network security, physical layer security, artificial intelligence for cybersecurity, and large language models.
